I've been given the all clear and have started an array of pregnancy
exercise classes. I go to an outdoor personal training session on Monday and Friday mornings then
aquarobics on Wednesday evening and 2 luxurious hours of Yoga on Saturday morning. I actually really enjoy them all but this week I'm really sore from some serious squats on Monday morning. I start to wonder why I don't just sleep in instead of doing these crazy things!!
